Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

  • Scope
  • Conformance status
  • Measures taken
  • Non-accessible content
  • Preparation of this statement
  • Feedback and contact
  • Enforcement procedure

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the ZenSation Enterprise Solutions website published at zensation.ai and in particular to the interactive Adopt AI tool (ZenEntry) at /de/ki-einfuehren and /en/ki-einfuehren. ZenSation provides a self-hosted AI platform (ZenAi) and accompanying consulting, primarily for companies and public-sector bodies.

We regard accessibility as a voluntary commitment: as a micro-enterprise (fewer than 10 employees, at most EUR 2 million annual turnover) with a predominantly business (B2B) offering, our digital services are likely not strictly subject to the obligations of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG). Regardless, we voluntarily align our services with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and the European standard EN 301 549 — not least because our offering is explicitly aimed at public-sector bodies, for which accessibility is particularly important.

Conformance status

The website and the ZenEntry tool are largely conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Largely conformant means that the requirements are met except for the exceptions listed below.

The assessment is based on a self-assessment against the WCAG 2.1 success criteria (level AA) and established WAI-ARIA authoring practices.

Measures taken

For the ZenEntry tool and the website we have implemented, among others, the following measures:

• Full keyboard operability, including WAI-ARIA-conformant tab navigation (arrow keys, Home/End) in the input area.
• Visible focus, deliberate focus management on view changes, and a persistent live region (aria-live) that announces status changes to screen readers.
• Error messages as role=alert and aria-busy during analysis.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting (reduced motion).
• Colour contrasts in line with WCAG AA (minimum contrast 4.5:1 for text).
• Accessible data visualisation: the value/feasibility chart is implemented as a purely decorative SVG (aria-hidden); the same data is additionally provided as a complete data table accessible to screen readers.
• Semantic structure with unique headings and exactly one main landmark per page.
• Status and progress indicators with correct ARIA roles (e.g. role=progressbar).

Non-accessible content

Despite our efforts, some content may currently be only partially accessible or not accessible:

• Text extracted from uploaded documents and transcripts automatically generated from audio files depend on the quality of the source files; their accessibility cannot be guaranteed.
• The print/PDF output of the results is print-optimised but has not been separately audited for accessibility.
• Some older content (e.g. in the blog) has not yet been fully reviewed and may contain isolated issues.

We are continuously working to remedy identified shortcomings.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared in June 2026. The assessment is based on a self-assessment by ZenSation Enterprise Solutions.

The statement is reviewed and updated upon significant changes to the service, and at regular intervals at minimum.

Your first point of contact for any barriers is us (see the Feedback and contact section). If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can turn to the competent market surveillance authority.

For the accessibility of products and services under the BFSG, the nationwide competent body is the Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF):

Phone: +49 391 289 230 23
E-mail: kontakt@mlbf-barrierefrei.de

Where our digital services do not fall within the scope of the BFSG — for example as a micro-enterprise or as a purely business-customer offering — we provide this statement voluntarily.
